Who We Are
House Cleaning Stratford is about homes: houses, condos, townhouses, cottages and rentals. Most of our week goes to regular clients we see every week, every two weeks or every month. The rest goes to deep cleans, move cleans, rental turnovers and the cleanup after a renovation.
We started from a complaint we kept hearing. People in Stratford would find a cleaner they liked, and within a few months the visits got shorter, the standard dropped, or the cleaner disappeared. So we built the service around fixing exactly that: a written checklist for every home, a flat price per visit agreed before we start, and a schedule we treat as a promise.
How a Visit Works
Every new client starts with a conversation about their home: how many rooms, who lives there, what matters most and what to leave alone. From that we write a checklist and agree one price per visit. Your first visit resets the house, and every visit after that follows the same list in the same order.
If something changes, like a new baby, a new dog or a room you've stopped using, tell us and we'll update the list. And if a visit ever misses something on it, we come back and put it right.
We're insured, and every cleaner we send has passed a background check. They bring their own supplies and equipment, so there's nothing for you to stock.
