Top to Bottom, in Order
High dusting first, floors last, so nothing gets cleaned twice or missed.
One-time, top to bottom
A thorough, one-time clean for Stratford homes that need more than a quick tidy: built-up grime, missed corners and everything in between.
Every home reaches a point where wiping the counters and running the vacuum doesn't make it feel clean anymore. The shower door has a haze that won't shift. There's a grey line along the baseboards. The top of the fridge, the range hood and the light fixtures have collected months of dust. A deep clean is how you get past that point in one go.
We work top to bottom and room by room, so dust from high places lands on floors that haven't been done yet. Everything a regular clean covers gets done, along with the jobs that usually wait: baseboards and door frames wiped by hand, switch plates and handles, vents, window sills, the fronts and tops of cabinets, and behind and under the furniture we can move. Inside the oven and fridge can be added on.

A regular clean maintains a home that's already in decent shape. It focuses on the rooms you use every day and the surfaces you see.
A deep clean deals with what regular cleaning leaves for later: buildup in bathrooms, grease in the kitchen, dust on everything above eye level and below knee level. It takes several times longer than a regular visit for the same home.
Before the holidays or guests: book a week or two ahead of the date if you can. Late November and December fill up quickly, and having the deep clean done a few days early leaves you room for a quick top-up closer to the day.

You know up front whether the oven, fridge and windows are in or out.
Like the result? Your deep clean can become the first visit of a regular schedule.
A small apartment can be a few hours. A larger family home that hasn't been deep cleaned in a long time can take most of a day, sometimes with two people. Size and condition decide it, and we'll give you an idea when we price it.
Yes, as add-ons. Tell us when you ask for a price. For the fridge, it helps if it's been cleared out or nearly empty on the day.
It's a good idea if the house is behind. The deep clean does the heavy lifting once, and regular visits keep it up from there. If the house is already in fair shape, we can simply make your first regular visit a longer one.
