The Same Standard
Your checklist travels with every visit, so week ten looks like week one.
Weekly · every two weeks · monthly
A regular cleaner for your Stratford home, working from one checklist and one agreed price per visit.
Recurring cleaning is the heart of what we do. You choose how often we come: every week, every second week or once a month. We agree on what gets cleaned in each room and what one visit costs, and from then on it just happens. You come home to a clean kitchen and bathrooms without having to give up your Saturday.
What makes it work is the checklist. On the first call we go room by room: what bugs you most, which rooms barely get used, where the dog sleeps, which surfaces need gentle products. That becomes your list. Your cleaner follows it in the same order every visit, so the standard doesn't drift after the first month. If your needs change, the list changes with them.

Your first visit takes longer. We tackle the buildup that's been waiting: soap scum, the grease above the stove, dust along the baseboards, crumbs in the corners of the floor. Think of it as getting the house to a starting line.
From the second visit on, we're keeping it at that line. The checklist stays the same, the order stays the same, and each visit takes less time than the first. That's why regular visits can be priced as one flat amount.
Every week works best for busy households: young kids, dogs that shed, a kitchen that gets used three times a day, or a home with lots of people coming and going.
Every two weeks is the most popular choice. It keeps bathrooms and floors under control for most families and couples, and it's easy to fit into a budget.
Once a month suits tidy homes with one or two people, or anyone who mainly wants help with the deep-down jobs they never get to.
Not sure which fits? Tell us how the house feels a week after a clean, and we'll suggest a schedule. You can change it later.
Stratford-area cleaners typically list hourly rates of about $25 to $50 (HomeStars). We don't bill by the hour. Your price per visit is set from your home and your list, and it's settled before your first clean. Price My Clean

A flat price per visit means a fussy job never becomes a bigger bill.
Need to skip a visit or move it? Let us know ahead of time and we'll find another day.
Insured, background-checked cleaners who bring their own supplies and equipment.
That's what we aim for. Most clients see the same cleaner or the same small team on their regular day. If someone is sick or on holiday, the person who fills in works from your same checklist.
Not at all. Tell us how to get in and how to lock up, whether that's a key, a lockbox or a door code, and we'll keep those details on your file.
Let us know a few days ahead and we'll skip it or move it to another day. Travel, holidays and house guests happen, and the schedule can bend around them.
