What We Collect
Every form on this site sends us the details you enter: name, phone, email, the kind of clean you want, your town and your message. When you phone us, our call tracking service records the number you called from, the time of the call and the page you were on.
We don't ask for payment details, government ID or anything you didn't choose to give us.
Why We Collect It
We use your details to reply to you, discuss your home, give you a price and arrange cleaning. We may hand your request to a locally owned cleaning company covering your town so it can do the work (see our referral notice). Nobody buys your details from us, and we don't send unrelated promotions.
Services We Rely On
Forms on this site are delivered by Formspree, which passes your submission to us by email. Calls and form visits are measured with WhatConverts, which helps us see which pages lead to enquiries. Both services handle data on our behalf under their own privacy policies. Some of this data may be stored on servers outside Canada.
Your Choices
Under PIPEDA, the federal privacy law, you're entitled to view whatever personal details of yours we keep, have mistakes corrected, and withdraw consent for any further use.
