Accessibility Plan
Our approach to making this website and our service usable for everyone, following Ontario's accessibility law, the AODA.
The Website
We built this site to work with screen readers, keyboard navigation and browser zoom. Pages use clear headings, descriptive link text, text alternatives for images and colours chosen for readable contrast. Forms have visible labels and can be completed without a mouse.
Getting in Touch Another Way
If any part of the site doesn't work for you, call +1 (226) 564-1031 and we'll help over the phone, or send us a message describing the problem and the format you'd prefer.
Our Service
Tell us about anything that would make a visit easier, such as mobility needs, a quiet visit, a set routine, or an assistance animal that needs to be accommodated, and we'll note it on your checklist.
Feedback
We welcome feedback on accessibility through the get in touch page and will use it to keep improving the site and service.
