What We Ask of Every Cleaner
- Pass a background check before their first visit to any client
- Arrive within the time window you were given
- Follow your checklist in full, in the same order each visit
- Treat pets kindly and keep doors and gates closed as instructed
- Stay out of rooms you've asked us to leave alone
- Lock up exactly as your notes say, every time
- Tell us about anything broken, damaged or out of place
